Shipping 

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Rush Shipping.

International: Currently not shipping internationally (Canada Only limited time)

NOTE: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and 5-8 business days for all custom handmade items. Estimated shipping time excludes Friday sundown (PST) to Saturday sundown(PST), Sundays and Holy days) depending on postal services hours. Shipping estimates does not include processing time. All custom handmade items will be a 1-2 weeks turnaround time based on the size of the order. If you have a specific day custom order is needed by please specify when ordering.  ALL tassel orders will be process in the order received. We ask that you please be patient with our process as we are not a full fulfillment center and all of our products are created to order.

In light of the current events in the world such as of Covid-19, our third party supply companies have reduced freight, delayed delivery and raised costs. The shipping info above will only be available after the end of the Covid-19 crisis. Please be sure to look out for shipping cost and delivery time frame as we will do our very best to meet delivery demands.

      Return Policy - As we pride ourselves on displaying the fruits of the spirits along with product quality and service. We asked for your patience and the opportunity to meet your needs by exhausting all options to ensure satisfaction prior to the issuing of a refund.                                                      

 If a refund is still required after working with our customer service team. Please note a full refund in your paid purchased amount will be applied to it's original payment method(shipping cost excluded), once item(s) have been received, reviewed and thoroughly inspected.  Please allow 7 business days to process the requested refund in it's entirety, after item(s) have been received and inspected from the confirmed review date, in which you will be notified via e-mail that your return has been excepted and a refund will be processed accordingly.

  • Item(s) cannot have any signs of usage, wear, smell, damage etc.

  • Item(s) MUST be in it's original packaging. 

  • We must be notified via e-mail at (roarriorwear@gmail.com) with subject line: "RETURN" of your dissatisfaction 1-2 days of you receiving your order. 

  • Return shipping fees of the merchandise will be at the expense of the customer. 

  • All custom orders are non-refundable such as; tassels, t-shirts, order with special request and or add-ons. 

EXAMPLE: If you order a t-shirt  with original graphic design, then add fringes, this will be considered a custom add-on order.

Additional un-refundable or exchangeable items; Jewelry, underwear, tassels, hair accessories, socks

Pre-Order Policy - 

  • When placing a pre-order do not order with in-stock items. Any in-stock products added to your pre-order will not ship until your pre-order items are available and ready to ship. 

  • A pre-ordered item cannot be canceled as the item will be ordered and reserved for you. Cancellation of pre-order will forfeit 50% of your preorder total amount, due to production cost.

  • As the arrival time of supplies, material used to produce the product are dependent on third party manufactures, vendors or suppliers, the release completion of product may varies from state to state. Any delay due to third party shipment is beyond our control.

  • In the event we fail to complete your pre-order for other reason aside from third party entities, we will automatically issue you a full refund or your choice of a store credit.

  • It will be an approximate 3-6 weeks turnaround from purchased date.

Holyday pre-order process

All tassels, including custom tassels, ordered after January 25, 2024, will be delayed in production as we prepare for PASSOVER. ALL orders of tassels will be processed after March 17,2024, in the order of which they were received.

Pre-Order Shipping - 

  • You will receive an email notification once your item is available for shipping.

  • Full payment must be received prior to product being shipped.
